Once I was Very, Very Scared by Chandra Ghosh Ippen is available as a free PDF in Spanish and English.
(In this children’s book, each animal in the story went through scary experiences, but they all reacted differently. They learn about different coping mechanisms by seeking help from safe adults in their lives.)
