Our therapists love being part of the IFC family
“I value the freedom to create truly individual and creative treatment plans that meet the needs of my clients, often based around play therapy techniques. IFC has given me the opportunity to develop new skills and reacquaint myself with some I haven’t had the opportunity to use for a while.”
Ruth C Mills, MSW, LCSW, Therapist, Clinical Supervisor
“The culture and the people at IFC have made me feel really supported as a new therapist. I also love that IFC as a group feels like a learning organization – everyone shares ideas, podcasts, case support, and therapy assets.”
Sare Griffis, MSW, LSW, Therapist
“Working at IFC allows me to do something everyday to help impact the lives of our youth, our future. I believe in all that IFC stands for and our mission is the same.”
Erin Fisher, LCSW, Therapist and Marketing Coordinator
There are so many opportunities for personal and professional growth at IFC. I feel very supported by the therapists to be the best version of myself.
