What are your fees/payment?

Our rate varies depending on your insurance provider and the type of treatment used in your session. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. Please contact us at 773-270-0469 to learn more about our rates.

 

Do you accept health insurance?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. IFC’s administrative team will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. Please contact us at 773-270-0469 to find out your health plan’s coverage. Even if we are not an in-network provider with your health insurance, most insurance companies offer out-of-nework benefits and we will provide you with a special receipt you can use to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

 

Does my insurance cover online therapy?

Yes! At this time, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) is responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic by offering additional coverage for telehealth visits to give members improved access to care while reducing their risk of exposure. This expansion is in addition to the new telehealth program announced on March 11, 2020, and applies to eligible BCBSIL PPO members for medically necessary services with an in-network Illinois provider who offers telehealth services. This was then expanded even further under the governors executive order to expand Telehealth during this time.
