What insurance do you accept?
IFC is an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Our administrative team will verify your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We are not able to accept Medicaid at this time. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when you’re looking for the right care for your child. If you need help finding a Medicaid-friendly provider in the Chicago area, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services offers a provider search tool at hfs.illinois.gov.
What if I have a different insurance plan?
If you have a PPO plan other than BCBS, you may have out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We are not able to accept HMO plans, Medicare, or other government-funded insurance at this time.
What is IFC Premier?
IFC Premier is our private-pay option, offering families greater flexibility and direct access to our most experienced clinicians. No insurance needed — just the care your family deserves, on your terms.
What are your rates?

Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. IFC offers virtual sessions for parent coaching and flexible family support. Online sessions are covered by most BCBS PPO plans.
